नवी दिल्ली: 'नीट' पेपरफुटीप्रकरणी केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान यांच्या राजीनाम्याच्या मागणीसाठी सुरू झालेली लढाई रस्त्यापासून संसदेपर्यंत पसरली आहे. केंद्रावर दबाव वाढत असताना, त्यावरील चर्चेबाबतची कोंडी पावसाळी अधिवेशनाच्या बुधवारी, तिसऱ्या दिवशीही कायम राहिली. चर्चेच्या नियम, प्राधान्यक्रमाबाबत सत्ताधाऱ्यांसोबत विरोधकांनीही ताठर भूमिका घेतली असून विरोधकांत या मुद्द्यांवर दुफळी निर्माण झाली आहे. दुसरीकडे, जंतरमंतरवरील तरुणांची गर्दी वाढत असताना आता पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी आपले मौन सोडले आहे.
दिल्लीत मुलांवर लाठीमार
कॉकरोच जनता पार्टीचे (CJP) दिल्लीच्या जंतर मंतर येथे गेल्या एक महिन्यापासून आंदोलन सुरू आहे. दिल्लीतील आंदोलनाला आता देशभरातून पाठिंबा दिला जात आहे. सीजेपीच्या 'चलो संसद' मोर्च्याच्या दोन दिवसांनंतरही आंदोलनात लोकांचा सहभाग वाढत चालला आहे. २० जुलै रोजी झालेल्या मोर्च्यादरम्यान विद्यार्थ्यांवर दिल्ली पोलिसांकडून लाठीमार केल्यामुळे देशभरातून संताप व्यक्त केला जात आहे. त्याचवेळी आंदोलकांकडून शांतता भंग करण्याचा प्रयत्न सुरू असल्यामुळे परिस्थिती नियंत्रणात आणण्यासाठी कठोर पावले उचलली लागल्याची माहिती दिल्ली पोलिसांनी दिली आहे.
दरम्यान, सोमवारपासून संसदेचे पावसाळी अधिवेशनही सुरू झाले होते. त्यावेळी आंदोलकांवर केलेली कारवाई यामुळे संसदेच्या दोन्ही सभागृहांमध्ये खळबळ उडाली होती. सरकारने या विषयावर सविस्तर चर्चेचे आयोजन केले पण कामकाजात व्यत्यय आणून चर्चेला वाव न दिल्याचा आरोप विरोधी पक्षावर केला गेला होता. तसेच, विरोधी पक्षनेते राहुल गांधी यांनी मंगळवारी पंतप्रधानांच्या घराबाहेर ठाण मांडून आंदोलनाला आपला पाठिंबा दर्शवला. अनेक दिवसांपासून सुरू असलेल्या या आंदोलनात सरकारकडून एकही प्रतिनिधी येऊन का नाही भेटला, असा सवाल केला जात होता. पंतप्रधानांनीही यावर काहीच प्रतिक्रिया न दिल्यामुळे टीका केली जात होती. एका अंतर्गत बैठकीमार्फत यापूर्वी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी "विद्यार्थ्यांना योग्य मार्ग दाखवावा" अशी भूमिका मांडली होती. परंतु, अधिकृतपणे त्यांनी पहिल्यांदाच आपल्या 'X' अकाऊंटवरून भूमिका मांडली आहे.
पंतप्रधान काय म्हणाले?
पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी आपल्या सोशल मीडियावर म्हणाले, 'देशातील युवकांचे हित आणि भविष्याशिवाय महत्त्वाचे काहीच नाही. नीट पेपरफुटीसाठी जबाबदार असलेल्या सर्व आरोपींना लवकरात लवकर कठोर शिक्षा केली जाईल आणि या प्रकरणात फास्ट ट्रॅक कोर्ट निर्णय घेतील. संबंधित विभागांना या प्रकरणात आवश्यक कारवाई करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. विद्यार्थ्यांचे हित जपण्यासाठी सरकारकडून घेण्यात येत असलेल्या निर्णयांच्या मालिकेतील हे एक महत्त्वाचे पाऊल आहे. जो कोणी युवा पिढीच्या भविष्याशी खेळेल, त्याला सोडले जाणार नाही."
दरम्यान, जंतर मंतरमध्ये कॉकरोच जनता पार्टीचे अभिजीत दिपके अजूनही आंदोलनावर ठाम आहेत. सरकारचे प्रतिनिधी जंतर मंतरवर येतील तरच चर्चा करू, अशी त्यांनी स्पष्ट भूमिका मांडली आहे. तसेच, सोनम वांगचुक यांचे उपोषणही कायम असून विद्यार्थ्यांवर लाठीमार किंवा इतर हल्ले न करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला गेला तरच ते उपोषण मागे घेतील, असे ते म्हणाले.
